  • Co-Founder
Mona Alaouie is the Cofounder of Blue Hands United, and a proud mother of one little boy. Her passion, and motivation is inspired by her son, and lives life through his eyes. Her son has ADHD, and welcomes all the challenges & embraces the many accomplishments that they face daily. She is a Preschool teacher, and is currently enrolled at Wayne State University pursuing her bachelors in special-education. A former employee of Dearborn Public Schools, Mona has many experiences working with children & families. She is committed to the mission and cause that Blue Hands United stands for, because it is personal. She knows first-hand how early intervention can alter a child’s life, and increase a child’s success. One story at a time, she believes the voiceless will have a voice through us, the parents.
